Tips to learn more while studying

We have selected special tips for you to have a great learning experience during your MBA journey! Do you want to know more? Let’s go!

Time Management: Time management is always a determining factor for those who desire to study something new and maintain their daily routine, so we recommend the Time Management series (link). In it, you can access several amazing tips to help you on this journey!

Schedule: Having a place to write down the appointments and deadlines will make it easier for you to reorganize priorities and manage your tasks for the week, month, or day.

Applying this habit to the MBA, you can consult the blue box “Calendar” available on your Dashboard, so you know the subjects of the classes you can/want to watch live and what classes you want to watch recorded. In addition, you can see the deadlines for taking each test, payment due dates, and submission dates of the Term Paper stages.

Supplementary Material: The materials are available in each class and you can download the file on your mobile phone, for example, and read them when you have some free time, whether to start your reading, reinforce what has been learned, or take the test.

Audio Channel: Did you know you can only listen to the class? That’s right, when accessing the class you want, select “Channel 03” in the lower corner of the right side. By doing so, you can have more flexibility to enjoy the content of the course anywhere while doing other activities, such as listening to the class while doing a physical activity, or being stuck in traffic, or doing household chores, etc.

Move by Pecege 2: One of the most requested and used resources is the possibility to download the classes and watch them offline via the app. In it, you can download up to three classes, which will remain available for 21 days. This way you can plan and watch every class while performing other activities of your routine. This is a great way to access the content and review the content.

Focus: Choose a period of the day of “Focus” to assemble a study checklist, i.e. list all the actions you need to take, such as: watch class, organize notes, make a mind map, review supplementary material, take the test, etc. This technique allows you to minimize the time spent before starting each activity!

Pomodoros: This is a very useful technique to help establish focus periods. The name comes from the tomato kitchen timers, but the idea is very simple: you schedule a period of full attention and do nothing but the planned, such as studying, for example. After the time programmed ends, you can take a break and drink some coffee, check notifications on your phone, or do something to relax. The suggestion for those who are starting to use this method is to alternate between 20 minutes of concentration and 05 minutes of rest, but you, better than anyone, will know the best duration for you! What matters, in fact, is choosing a period that is not very difficult for you, dividing a great task that seemed huge into small blocks of focus.

Mind Maps: It is a very interesting tool where you visually create a map with the information you need for remembering content. This is an exercise that takes less time and is more accurate than taking dispersed notes or drawing a summary file.

In the MBA, you can create a mind map after reading the supplementary material or watching a class, for example. The map is a reference and will help you organize the ideas and represent how they relate to each other! Doing this allows you to review what you studied and remember without having to consult everything again.

We hope you enjoy these tips!
